The Open Arts Center

Creating a mural for the Open Arts Center in Bend felt extra special because this space is all about creativity, connection, and making art accessible to everyone. The goal of this project was to design a piece that felt welcoming and inspiring while reflecting the energy of the artists, students, and community members who walk through these doors every day.

 

This mural was designed to feel alive with movement, color, and warmth. It brings visual interest to the space while reinforcing what the Open Arts Center stands for. A place where people of all ages and backgrounds can explore their creativity and feel supported doing it. The artwork was created to spark curiosity, encourage expression, and make the environment feel just as vibrant as the programs happening inside.

 

More than just a backdrop, this mural became part of the experience of the space. It adds personality to the walls and helps set the tone for what the Open Arts Center represents. A hub for imagination, growth, and community. Being able to contribute to a place that gives so much back to Bend made this project especially meaningful.
