Painting live at Bend Pride 2025 was an unforgettable opportunity to bring the community together through color, creativity, and connection. People from all walks of life joined in, and the mural grew throughout the event. Each brushstroke became a conversation and each color a celebration. The goal was to create something bold, inclusive, and true to the spirit of Pride. The finished piece reflects joy, resilience, and togetherness.

 

Working outdoors during Pride came with challenges like unpredictable weather and large crowds, but those experiences became part of the story. I loved seeing people stop by, share stories, and pick up a brush. The mural became more than art on a wall. It became a living memory of shared energy, pride, and community spirit that will be remembered long after the event.
